Three women were captured by members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) in the El Yatito sector, Ocumare del Tuy, Miranda state.
The women were reported to the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (cones) for demanding sums in dollars from a certain number of victims in exchange for “letting them live”.
The detainees are identified as Johana Gabriela Henríquez Blanco, Rosxaly Gabriela Perna Linares and Elianys Vegas Hernández, members of the criminal organization founded by Dediber Johan González, alias Carlos Capa.
These women were dedicated to capturing victims through the Marketplace page, and are responsible for receiving payment of two hundred US dollars in exchange for the delivery of a motorcycle, a negotiation that never materialized.
The women were handed over to the Public Ministry where criminal proceedings were initiated for kidnapping, robbery and extortion.
