A man of US nationality was captured in Puerto Páez, Pedro Camejo municipality, Apure, for his alleged links with the Tancol groups, that is, Colombian Armed Drug Trafficking Terrorists, according to military sources.
The detainee was identified as Michell Travis Francois, according to the report of the agents attached to the River Detachment 354 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), stationed at the El Muelle Citizen Service Point, Pedro Camejo municipality. He was traveling in a pedestrian manner, the minute says.
Francois was seized 704,000 Colombian pesos, 20 dollars, two cell phones, two bags containing clothing, personal items, candy and drinks inside.
The procedure was notified to the Public Ministry and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim).

This subject fled from California, United States, where he had house arrest. He is accused of bribing the top brass of the United States Navy. Leonard was arrested on September 21 at the Simón Bolívar airport located in Maiquetía.
