Officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) arrested Francisco Solano Querales Torrealba, (63) reported for abusing a minor under 7 years of age, according to reports.
The events had been occurring continuously in the subject’s home located in El Playón (Portuguesa).
Apparently, the man used to record the abuse he applied to the minor, whose mother reported him to the PNB.
The police officers went to the home of the sexagenarian, captured him and handed him over to the Public Ministry where they opened a file for crimes contemplated in the Organic Law for the Protection of Boys, Girls and Adolescents.
