By order of Judge Sthephany Bermúdez, Derian Javier Guillen Betancourt was arrested in Guacara (Carabobo), investigated for capturing minors to later transfer them to Colombia for prostitution, according to military sources.
The investigation began on July 30 when several members of the La Fresa group dedicated to human trafficking were arrested. In that sense, Guillén was one of those in charge of capturing minors in Carabobo to take them to Cúcuta, Colombia.
The subject will be prosecuted for human trafficking.
