SANTO DOMINGO.-FUE captured this Tuesday Rafael Rosario Mota, aka “Foster”32 years old, who made him pass alleged hero in the recent tragedy occurred at the Jet Set discothe National Police reported.

The investigations determined that “Foster” was never present at the place of collapse and did not rescue any person, as he has falsely declared in multiple interviews.
