Executive maintains fuel prices in April
The Government informed, through the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining (MIEM), that it decided to maintain the prices of super gasoline, diesel 50S, and supergas. The costs of the main fuels will remain unchanged in April, despite adjustments in the distribution chain, indicates the ministry’s statement.
The MIEM reported yesterday, Thursday the 30th, that fuel prices will be maintained.
Super 95 gasoline will remain at $71.89 as the maximum retail price, while 50S diesel oil will remain at $56.99 per liter as the maximum pump price.
In the case of supergas, the maximum sale price to the public will also continue without change.
The decision was adopted as a result of the fact that the international reference established through the import parity price (PPI) did not register significant variations with respect to the previous month for the main fuels
The Government also reported an adjustment to the secondary distribution margin, which implies an impact of $0.20 on the fuel cost structure. The adjustment will be absorbed by Ancap, indicated the Ministry.
