The thief who entered the house of Álvaro Delgado was sentenced to 15 months in prison

The criminal who entered the house of the Secretary of the Presidency, Álvaro Delgado, this Sunday and stole several items he was sentenced to fifteen months of effective prison for theft especially aggravated by home penetration, according to the communication director of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Javier Benech. The resolution was given through an abbreviated process.

The thief entered the house when there were people inside.

Upon leaving was identified and captured a few minutes this Sunday night in Carrasco Norte, Y several stolen items were recovered, including various documents.

The process was in charge of the 14th Shift Flagrancia prosecutor, Ana Vallverdú, and the person involved testified on Monday.

According to sources from the Ministry of the Interior The Observer, the convicted man is 30 years old and has “multiple criminal records.”
