The PSUV National Directorate honored Tibisay Lucena in the Burning Chapel

“From the United Socialist Party of Venezuela We pay tribute to the great patriot, who knew how to exercise a position with objectivity, balance, dignity, purity and transparency”. This is how she expressed ithe First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabellofrom the Burning Chapel in the Antonio José de Sucre room in Casa Amarilla, Caracas.

The leader of the red awning thanked the family of the Minister of University Education, Tibisay Lucena, for the opportunity to express on behalf of the people, the eternal gratitude, for preserving a large part of the Peace of Venezuela.

Likewise, he stressed that Dr. Lucena was a woman with great serenity that was foolproof and, in the hardest moments, knew when to speak, how to speak and what to convey, “only people who live in peace and tranquility can achieve that.” with their conscience, with their own life, with what surrounds them,” Cabello said.

In addition to this, he stressed that the former minister was diagnosed very close to the date of the death of the Commander Hugo chavezand since then, he has battled cancer for 12 years.

“Many people who have had cancer have no chance to fight and she was fighting for 12 years, she did it until her forces could no longer accompany her and I think she is leaving in peace, I have no doubt that she is leaving in peace,” he said.

Tibisay Lucena Ramirez was born in Barquisimeto on April 26, 1959; She was a Venezuelan sociologist and politician, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Among her academic training knowledge, she had the experience of participating in the National Orchestra System as cellist.
