The Justice accepted the Government’s demand to declare null the renegotiation of the northern access concession in the hands of the company Autopistas del Sol (Ausol) carried out by the Mauricio Macri administration in 2018, while it is expected that a similar claim against the Western Concession Group (GCO) on the western access.
This was revealed by the Minister of Public Works, Gabriel Katopodis, who through Twitter, said that “the Justice accepted the demand to declare the renegotiation of 2018 with the concessionaire Ausol null and void. We already presented it against GCO as well.”
