The National Government offered this Wednesday to the five teachers unions with national representation, in the context of the federal parity, a salary floor of $70 thousand pesos as of this month, of $75 thousand from November 1 and of $77,137 pesos to December 1, and proposed a monitoring and review clause of the agreement next November.

Union sources reported that in December 2021 the teacher’s salary floor was $40,000 pesos for the newly started, that is, for the simple day of a teacher.
