The deadline for candidates, political parties and party coalitions to carry out any type of electoral propaganda – including the distribution of campaign material to supporters and voters – ends at 22 pm today (29).
After the deadline, the use of loudspeakers or sound amplifiers for the dissemination of government candidacies or proposals, as well as the publication of new content on the internet, is prohibited.
Walks, motorcades, marches or any agglomeration of people wearing standardized clothes or carrying instruments that allow association with any of the candidacies will also be prohibited.
The broadcasting of free electoral propaganda on radio and TV stations ended yesterday (28).
Tomorrow (30), the day on which the second round of the general elections will be held, voters will only be able to express their political preferences individually and silently, using flags, pins, badges, stickers or t-shirts alluding to their candidate.
