The organization, through a post on Twitter, emphasized the “pain” experienced by the area of ​​conscience not being able to see her six-year-old daughter, whom he has not seen for more than a year; as well as «the suffering of knowing that his homeland his homeland is in the hands of 2 heartless people»in reference to the presidential couple formed by Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo.

It adds that “all of it is a cry for help and a demand for freedom,” for which they demand the immediate release of Dávila from the Nicaraguan regime, as well as that of the more than 190 political prisoners held in the different prisons in the country.

The Cenidh once again demanded that the police authorities of the Judicial Assistance Directorate (DAJ) in Managua cease isolation and allow visits to be more frequent.

They also demand that all kidnapped opponents be allowed to see their daughters or minor sons, as well as the independent delivery and handling of food.

In reference to the spoken portrait that has been made of some of the political prisoners held in El Chipote – Félix Maradiaga, Juan Sebastián Chamorro, Juan Lorenzo Holmann Chamorro – the Cenidh denounced the great difference that exists before and after the arrest of opponents, consequences that also reflects Tamara Dávila.

Likewise, he reiterated his demand to the Daniel Ortega regime for the immediate and unconditional release of the opposition women because “I cannot die without being with them.”

Pinita, 78, said that when her time to die comes, she wants to be with her daughter and granddaughter, because she would not like political prisoners to receive the news in jail, it would be too great a blow that she cannot afford. “I’m not here to get ahead of myself,” she said.

Dávila, a member of Unamos, was kidnapped on June 12, 2021 and sentenced in February of this year to eight years in prison for the alleged crime of conspiracy to undermine national integrity.
