Spain and Germany donate 8.8 million doses of Pfizer to the country

Until Tuesday, January 25, the country had completed the vaccination, with complete schedules, of 31,062,511 people throughout the territory. A vaccination process that has been expanding rapidly in different areas of the country.

Through the Covax multilateral mechanism, the country has received hundreds of vaccines. The latest update indicates, according to the Ministry of Health, that Spain will donate 6.4 million doses of Pfizer to the country and Germany 2.4 million more.

Currently, according to the official, there are more than 14 million doses of vaccines against covid-19 available. Of these, 10 million are in the central warehouse of the Ministry of Health and more than 3 million are distributed in the territories.

The country is also pending the arrival of 2.4 million doses through the Covax mechanism. It has not yet been specified which laboratory. These vaccines would be arriving in February.
