More than 200 officers and officials certified in the Comprehensive Forensic Course and 93 medical residents specialized in the National Program for Advanced Training in Forensic Medicine and Pathology are some of the achievements attained by the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (senamecf) in educational and academic matters.
This was announced by the general director of Senamecf, C/G Lissett Morenoduring his participation in the 50th edition of the “Criminal Investigation for the People” program of the Vice Ministry of the Integrated Criminal Investigation System, broadcast through Instagram Live by the account @Visiipmijp.

Moreno explained that “with the training of the workers of the institution, we seek to professionalize and humanize our staff to raise the quality of the service provided to the community”, review the institution’s press release.
Among the strategies for strengthening the Service is the incorporation of 900 new hires, including technicians, professionals and workers, as well as the recognition of workers’ knowledge through two university institutions, which will validate their knowledge and grant the appropriate academic recognition.
Likewise, the Commissioner recalled the emotional graduation ceremony of 52 new high school graduates belonging to the ranks of the Service, who through the Early Victory Plan, Each Work Center a School and the Ribas Mission, achieved the secondary education necessary to continue with his university studies.
Senamecf Educa, deployed nationwide
The general director reported that a total of 12 thousand 735 people, including children, adolescents and adults, have been approached nationwide by the program “Semanecf Educa”.
This program with presence in schools, communities and institutions was launched at the beginning of this year, with the purpose of bringing the necessary information for the prevention of the different forms of violence in the communities of the country.
Moreno announced that preventive approaches will soon be carried out in the Caracas Metro System, with the aim of disseminating information to users about the tools necessary to combat mental health problems such as anxiety or depression.
He ended his participation in the program, thanking the human talent of the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences, while calling to carry commitment and love as a flag in each of the actions to be carried out in any institution.
“When we motivate our human talent, we obtain better results in the quality of service provision,” he said.
