See what careers and universities you can apply for with Peru Scholarship

Do you want to apply for a scholarship to study in Peru? Between August and October of this year, a total of 79 scholarships donated by of the country to study university or technical careers.

The contest, organized by the National Scholarship and Educational Credit Program (Pronabec), is aimed at college graduates who have entered a higher education institution, venue and career eligible for the contest, to start studies in the 2022-II semester. or 2023-I. The better grades you have had, the more chances you have to reach your goal. Young people who have already started their higher education can also apply.

In the first application period of 2022, which ends this Sunday, August 7, five universities offer 53 scholarships distributed among 27 professional careers in academic areas. Look at the list:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY?

Below are the requirements to apply. :

  1. Have Peruvian nationality.
  2. Having completed secondary school in Regular Basic Education (EBR) or Alternative Basic Education (EBA) or Special Basic Education (EBE). The studies must be recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  3. Accredit a minimum average of 14 in the last two grades of secondary education. However, the following population can accredit a minimum average of 12 in the last two grades of secondary school:
  • Victims of the violence in the country during the years 1980-2000.
  • Population exposed to heavy metals and other chemical substances.
  • Population affected by the deflagration that occurred on 01/23/2020 in the district of Villa El Salvador.
  • Bereaved of the deceased, as well as of the people who suffered injuries in the mobilizations that occurred in the country at the end of 2020 (RS No. 221-2021-JUS, modified by RS 256-2021-JUS).

4. Have entered an IES, venue and eligible career.

5. Presentation of Affidavits and Formats generated by the Application Module.

Note: The applicant must scan and upload in the Application Module all the mandatory documents on both sides, when applicable. The documents must be uploaded only in PDF format with a maximum weight of 2Mb.
