Residents of the city of São Paulo will be able to get vaccinated against covid-19, polio and other diseases this weekend.
On Saturday (24), all outpatient medical assistance (AMA/Integrated Basic Health Unit) will be open for vaccination from 7 am to 7 pm.
On Sunday (25), the immunization will be carried out at two addresses on Avenida Paulista – a tent at number 52 and at a partner pharmacy, at number 995 – and in five parks in the capital: Buenos Aires, Severo Gomes, do Carmo , Ceret and Youth. Addresses on Avenida Paulista will be open between 8 am and 4 pm. In the parks, vaccination takes place between 8 am and 5 pm. At the partner pharmacy, only the vaccine against covid-19 will be applied.
Polio vaccination is aimed at children 1 to 5 years of age. And the covid-19 one is available for children from 3 years of age, adolescents and adults.
Multivaccination will be for children and adolescents up to 15 years of age. In this campaign, immunizations such as the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), chickenpox, BCG, pentavalent, inactivated polio vaccine (VIP), oral polio vaccine (VOP), pneumo 10, rotavirus, meningus C, meningus ACWY, hepatitis A and B, yellow fever, DTP (diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough), adult duo, HPV and influenza (the flu-causing virus).
