Before the Impossibility of arranging a name for the Ombudsmanthe MAS resorted to political maneuvering to achieve the two-thirds it needed to finally appoint an ombudsman who responded to its interests.

That way at 15:50 the masista bench appointed Pedro Callisaya Aro, as the new Ombudsman, with 95 votes out of a possible 97. The CC bench was run over by the MAS deputies who formed a fence around the front of the Assembly.
