Santos and Bragantino drew 2-2 for the 13th round of Serie A of the Brazilian Championship, on Saturday night (18) at Vila Belmiro stadium. With this result, the two teams lost the opportunity to enter the competition’s G4 (direct classification zone for the next edition of the Copa Libertadores).

Peixe rose to 5th place in the ranking with 18 points, the same score as Massa Bruta, which reached 7th place.
The game started lively in Vila Belmiro, but Santos was more efficient to reach a two-goal lead. The first came in the 16th minute, with a cross kick from Léo Baptistão, who took advantage of the leftover ball in the area. The second also left the feet of shirt 92, who only had the job of shoring up after receiving a sugary pass from Marcos Leonardo almost over the goal line.
However, just before the break, shirt 10 Hyoran stretched out to finish inside the small area to discount for Bragantino. And the tie was only confirmed at 25 of the final stage, in a kick from the entrance of Luan Cândido’s area.

A match that also ended in a draw, but without goals, was the one that involved Ceará and Cuiabá in the Pantanal Arena. The result left Vozão in 10th position with 16 points and Dourado in 18th with 13 points.
