The governor of Miranda state, Héctor Rodríguez, in the company of students from the International University of Communications (Uicom), held a meeting with the Russian ambassador to Venezuela, Sergei Mélik-Bagdasárov, in which he stressed, “training spaces must be permanent and high, the study of communication is essential and must be treated with the first level of importance».
“Today (March 18) we talked with the Russian ambassador to Venezuela, Sergei Mélik-Bagdasárov, and Uicom students, about communication and politics, the international situation, and other topics for training and debate,” he said. Rodríguez through the social network Twitter.
The governor emphasized that communication accompanies politics, “but it does not make or replace it. A high-level political communication, with ethics, must mean coherence between the narrative and reality, it must pay tribute to the construction of the project we want».
For his part, in statements by Venezolana de Televisión and in the presentation with the students, the ambassador pointed out that the censorship of the media wants to attack the truth of Russia, “that is the objective.”
He explained to the attendees that the military operation that Russia activated, since February 24 in Ukraine, is carried out under the protection of article 51 of the UN Charter, related to the right to defense. This is due to the threat of NATO entry into this nation.
“Russia does not have the objective of usurping natural resources, we do not want to put another government there, the Ukrainian government will always be Ukrainian,” he said.
There are three objectives of the operation: the first is to guarantee security for the peoples, the denazification of Ukraine, an anti-Russian project that attacks citizens, and the third is the demilitarization of the territory of Ukraine.
