On the palate it is dry, with moderate minerality, adequate tannins, notes of caramel and dried fruit.
Its body is elegant and its acidity pleasant. Her bottle maintains the same style as the Extra Aged Roble Rum with a more dynamic design. In its elaboration, only the heart of the alcohol is aged and mixing with young rums is avoided to obtain a friendly drink when it is drunk and pleasant the next day. All these attributes make it perfect to be enjoyed alone or in high-end cocktails.
A process full of value and respect
The quality, flavors and aroma of Master Oak Rum they are the result of a manufacturing process in which the tradition and excellence of the raw materials are respected. It all begins with the production of molasses, obtained from top quality sugar cane, which then goes through the fermentation process with selected yeast strains to obtain alcohols that will later be separated in the five-column distillation.
Pure mineral-free water is added to this distillate to proceed to age it in American white oak barrels in which it will gain body and aromas through the oxygen that permeates through the barrels, whose wood provides the tannins that, when interacting with other organic components give it the amber color and the characteristic flavors of a good aged rum.
