La Vega.- With a Christian burial, family and friends of the young Yasiris Joaquín de Jesús, said goodbye to this earthly world forever, in the midst of a scene of pain, sadness, and inconsolation.

The coffin, which was used to place the body of the young woman who died as a result of the collapse that occurred in La Vega, last Wednesday, was taken over today by her family, friends, and relatives, before what would be her final home, and who they still resist conceiving the loss of their relative.

The body of Yasiris Joaquín was officially buried this Friday morning in the La Laguna de La Vega community cemetery.

Yasiris’s mother, Teresa de Jesús, exclaimed with tears and heartbreaking pain saying that: “we buried your body, but your spirit will continue to live in the midst of us, your relatives.”

Yasiris Joaquín de Jesús was married to José Arturo Paulino, with whom she had a child.
