Militants of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the state of Lara (Barquisimeto) participated in a march in defense of the management of the government of President Nicolás Maduro and how the national president has faced the coercive measures imposed by the United States ( USA).
The walk began on the main street of the Los Pocitos community, located in the Guerrera Ana Soto parish (Anasoli) in the Iribarren municipality (Barquisimeto), on the morning of this Saturday, June 3.
At the forefront of the tour was the governor of the state of Lara V/A Adolfo Pereira; Jacqueline Faría, PSUV national liaison; and, among other red party authorities corresponding to the nine Larense municipalities, Commander Luis Reyes Reyes, coordinator of that party’s Political Council.
Pereira affirmed that the red tide in Lara took to the streets to demonstrate “unrestricted support for President Nicolás Maduro Moros and against the coercive measures imposed” and called to continue united in building the social and economic well-being of families.
Among the marchers identified as working class, social movements, mothers, fathers, students, professionals and technicians, allegorical banners to the “Superbigote” and posters highlighting the policies implemented by the national dignitary, whom they recognize as “leader of victories” stand out.
For his part, Derby Guedez, mayor of the Palavecino municipality (Cabudare) indicated that he was marching “to ratify our commitment to Commander President Nicolás Maduro.”
Adding that: “We are not going to give in to continue working to improve the quality of life of the Venezuelan people under the leadership of Commander President Nicolás Maduro. Overcome!”.

From the municipality “Gral. Pedro León Torres” (Carora), on Friday, June 2, the Torrense militants of the PSUV also participated with a street demonstration.
From that town, the revolutionary militants also ratified their support for President Nicolás Maduro and the way in which he has conducted the administration during the years of economic blockade.
It should be noted that the mobilizations of PSUV militants in Lara state have been recurrent since May 29 of this year, when President Nicolás Maduro made an official visit to Brazil, at the invitation of the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luis Ignacio Lula. da Silva.
Therefore, the supporters of the red tent also celebrated the Joint Declaration between both Presidents who reviewed the progress in the process of normalization of bilateral relations and reaffirmed the strategic nature between the two nations.
