Chats that prompted the preliminary proceedings
It was the attorney Public Specialized in corruption crimes, Javier Pacheco, who last Thursday 18 requested that an investigation be initiated against the now former secretary general of the Palace, for alleged pressure against the head of the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat), Luis Enrique Vera.
The Lima Gris media had broadcast some chats that revealed that Bruno Pacheco asked Vera not only to favor the Deltron company in a debt that it owes Sunat, but he practically ordered it by saying: “You tell me the solution.”
