Announce that educational centers are preparing to celebrate events of face-to-face graduations

The deputy director general of the Ministry of Education (Meduca), Anayka De La Espada, indicated that the regional directors of the country’s educational centers are preparing to organize the graduation ceremonies at the end of the year, in person, respecting all biosecurity measures and the capacity established by the Ministry of Health (Minsa).

“Each regional director together with the directors of the media educational centers have agreed on the final process of the possible graduations in person, because there are those who can decide and do it virtually, taking into account all the biosecurity measures, the capacity that they are being allowed and that is indicated by the Ministry of Health, which is one meter ”, he added.

He stressed that for face-to-face graduations to be possible, it must be taken into account how the conditions of the gymnasiums of the educational centers are. “Some do have open fields and they have prepared themselves to be able to do that graduation process,” said the official.

On the other hand, De La Espada confirmed that classes for the next school year 2022 will begin on March 7, as the Minister of Meduca, Maruja Gorday de Villalaz, had already communicated. But the total “presence” of the school community will depend on the RT (estimate of the average number of individuals that each person with the disease infects).
