The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, through his Twitter account reported that the mayor of El Tigre, Ernesto Paraqueima, was indicted this Saturday by national prosecutors 61, 79 and 94 under the crimes of promoting hate, arbitrary act, aggravating the Lopnna and obstruction of the freedom of commerce.
Likewise, in another post, the Prosecutor reported that as a humanitarian measure, the prosecution requested house arrest for the defendant since he has a major depressive disorder.

Paraqueima had been arrested last Thursday for carrying out actions of discrimination against children with Autism Spectrum Disorder who painted a mural in the jurisdiction.
Law for the Comprehensive Care of People with Autism Spectrum Disorders, whose article 32 establishes that “natural and legal persons, public and private, who commit acts or behaviors of discrimination against people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and similar conditions and their relatives who directly or indirectly injure them, based on their diagnostic or health condition, incur individual civil, administrative, disciplinary, and criminal liability in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the laws of the Republic.”
Likewise, in two other post-prosecutors, he reported the arrest of two subjects, who were apprehended in flagrante delicto by stealing information from the Mayor’s Office of the Simón Rodríguez de El Tigre Municipality, Anzoátegui state.
Jose Ángel Rosas and José Erasmo Sandía will be charged with the crimes: intentional delay or omission of functions, arbitrary act and concealment of books and records.
