The Cicpc reported on the capture of Kairo Samuel Saavedra Paraco (24) and Yoikler José Saavedra Rondón (19), allegedly involved in the murder of Jorge Emilio Figueroa Figueroa (67), whose body was buried in an improvised grave dug on the shores of a beach in Caruao, La Guaira state.
This homicide occurred on the night of December 19 when those now detained waited for the victim to move through the Santa Clara sector, where they intercepted and subdued him, forcing him to hand over several valuable objects to them.
Subsequently, the criminals led the gagged victim to the shore of the nearby beach, blinding him with a piece of wood. They then dug a grave and buried him.
