Federal judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi ordered a series of measures aimed at elucidating whether a former government official Maria Eugenia Vidal was behind the prison wiring in which the trade unionists Hugo and Pablo Moyano were supposedly going to be confined in 2018, in case they were arrested.

The history dates back to August 2018a date close to the visits made by members of the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI) to judges for the purpose of consulting and press them to advance in the arrest of the Truckers’ unionists and leaders of the Independent Club, Hugo and Pablo Moyano.
In those days, a group of AFI agents went to Mayor 3 of Melchor Romero to install cameras and microphones. in the cells of a pavilion, as well as in the parlors and in the showers.
Part of that history could be reconstructed by Justice from the two statements who provided the cause Director of the Penitentiary Unit, Natalia Rousillonwho said that at the time of the installation he thought that they were operators of a company managed by the then national government to guarantee (with cameras) the security of high-impact prisoners who could be transferred there.
In particular, the official stated, she thought that the arrangement of cameras and microphones pointed to those accused of the Triple Crime of General Rodríguez.
“I was told that these people were coming and I They asked me to expedite the entry, that we did not ask where they came from and that they passed. obviously it was an order, it’s my undersecretary“, revealed Rousillon in one of his statements, in which he also explained that Baric used to ask him for information about detainees on which the press focused its gaze.
The technicians who went to install the cameras and microphones were not employees of a company and their names and their car were registered in the income bookso it was possible to determine that it was IFA members who were driving then Gustavo Arribas and Silvia Majdalani.
The cameras and microphones were finally placed in the first weeks of August 2018 but should have been removed after a correctional officer detected a cable, camouflaged with red punctureon the roof of a pavilion and report the finding to the director of the mayor.
As reported before the Justice, Rousillon immediately contacted the then provincial director of mayors, Leandro Borghetti, and asked him to speak with Baric so that everything installed could be removed.
As a first measure, Judge Martínez de Giorgi required last Friday the mobile telephone companies to report the telephone subscribers that are registered in the name of barrel; Borghetti; of the adviser Fernando Manzanares; and the agent of the Buenos Aires Penitentiary Service Andres Patricio Rodriguezamong others.
He also ordered to identify the lines in the name of the former AFI agents allegedly involved in the maneuver: Fernando Gustavo Whaler, Claudio Héctor Marcus, Emiliano Darío Picabea, Sebastián Alejandro Iglesias, from the Technical Operations area, and Alan Flavio Ruiz, then director of Special Operations.
The judge also required the Ministry of Justice of the province of Buenos Aires “to report the numbers of telephone subscribers whose ownership and/or use and/or allocation had been affected” between July and September 2018 to Juan Baric; Borghetti; Manzanares and Rodriguez; At the same time, it requested that the income of the AFI agents investigated be reported to the ministry in the same period.
Simultaneously, the judge asked the Headquarters of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nation what report if any of those investigated entered the Olivos presidential residence or the Casa Rosada between July and September 2018.
