President Gabriel Boric sends a message to the DC before the National Board for an exit plebiscite: “Remember Eduardo Frei Montalva”

The President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric, referred to the role that his Government will have in the exit plebiscite, taking advantage of sending a message to the Christian Democracy.

It should be noted that during today’s session, the National Board of Christian Democracy will be held, in which they will decide the position of the community regarding whether or not they will approve the proposal for a new Constitution in the plebiscite on September 4.

“The role of the Government is very clear and I am fully with the Comptroller, in that the role of the Government is that all Chilean men and women and all those who are authorized to vote can cast an informed vote on September 4,” said the President. .

“We are going to dedicate ourselves to that, to an informed voting campaign. I hope that the debate is high-minded, each one has their own legitimate option. You know what each one’s are and at least I am going to focus on that, so that all Chilean men and women can access the content of the constitutional proposal and can vote in conscience,” he added.

Regarding the National Board that the DC will hold, President Boric called on them to “remember Eduardo Frei Montalva.”
