A police officer from the Special Brigade for the Prevention and Repression of Cattle Rafting (BEPRA) died in a crash on Route 5. The accident -which occurred at kilometer 186,500 at 6:30 in the morning- was between a Chevrolet S10 truck and a motorcycle. The vehicles were traveling in the opposite direction, according to the Highway Police.
Inside the truck they traveled five people, all of whom were uninjured. The motorcycle driver died; he was a corporal and he was 32 years old.
