According to legislator Patricia Chirinos (Avanza País), it already has more than the 26 signatures required to be able to present the motion for presidential vacancy. Recently, Popular Renovation and Popular Forces announced that they were going to join the request to remove the head of state. However, for this measure to be admitted to debate, they need 52 rubrics.
“I, in plenary session on Thursday, announced that I already had a document on the motion for the vacancy request ready. At that time there were still no signatures, but now we already have more than 26. I want to thank the two benches that have joined us. Thank you for that detachment, because it really does not have to matter who made the motion or who launched it, ”Chirinos told the press.
