Juan Carrasco: “We need a new Constitution in accordance with the interests of all”
The former head of the Ministry of the Interior, Juan Carrasco Millones, referred to a possible debate on a new constitution for the country, with which he does agree.
“I believe that the constitution needs a reform and for that we need a good Congress, a Congress that allows all citizens in some way to participate to see what reform the constitution needs, especially in economic matters,” he said. to the press this last Sunday, May 15.
In that sense, the lawyer stated that it is necessary to give way to a new Magna Carta to help various sectors of Peru that may be in need of new statutes, such as the economic sector.
Likewise, it maintains that it is essential that the Congress of the Republic work in line with the idea and inform public opinion about the modifications that will be made, with respect to the current one.
