PCV militants ask the TSJ to intervene in the party’s leadership for irregularities

The bases of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) filed an appeal before the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) to review the situation of the leadership of this political party whose election was irregular.

In this sense, a large number of members of this political organization, headed by Henry Parra, denounced that in the Congress held in November of last year “only a minority participated. They have reduced the party to its minimum expression, for this reason we request the intervention before the TSJ of the PCV”.

“Today we are introducing a document, 530 communist militants, we want justice because the current directive is illegal and a true Congress of communists is called.”

Parra considers that the questioned board of directors is closer to the ultra-right “we want to ignore this policy, nothing more than the idea that the PCV supports María Corina Machado appears, something is wrong in the party. We fight for the construction of socialism”.

He said that the party “is kidnapped; the important thing is that they have an anti-imperialist political project, they are almost accepting the blockade and ignore the national government, and report to imperialism that they have blocked the people”.
