A total of 4,536 cases of coronavirus remain active throughout the country, according to the epidemiological report issued this Thursday afternoon by the Ministry of Health.
According to the authorities, of these cases, 4,366 are in home isolation and 170 hospitalized.
Those in isolation are divided into 4,328 at home and 38 in hotels; those hospitalized are 146 in the ward and 24 in the ICU.
Today they also reported that Panama registers a cumulative 756,539 confirmed cases, of which 454 are new cases.
In addition, during the last 24 hours, two deaths were registered and one of previous dates was updated to total 8,101 deaths, which represents a lethality of 1.1%.
There are 743,902 recovered people, of which 518 were reported as recovered today. 7,215 tests were applied for a positivity of 6.3%.
