The Public Ministry of Nicaragua, controlled by the regime of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo, accuses the Sandinista militant Marlon Gerardo Sáenz, better known as “Chino Enoc”, of three crimes related to “drug trafficking”, who has been imprisoned since May 18.

The team of Article 66 had access to the judicial identification card of “Chino Enoc”, with number 011973-ORM4-2022-PN, where it is stated that he was charged with the crimes of “illegal transportation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and other controlled substances; illegal carrying or possession of firearms or ammunition; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession and use of restricted weapons, explosive substances or devices.
