Operation Boquete of the FANB has disabled 127 clandestine airstrips

Through Operation Boquete, the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB), has to date disabled 127 unauthorized clandestine airstrips built by groups associated with drug trafficking and terrorism.

This was reported by the head of the FANB Strategic Operational Command (Ceofanb), General in Chief Domingo Hernandez Larezon his Twitter account.

“#FANB reaction units with sapper teams are deployed on the @ZODI_Zulia border, disabling clandestine airstrips built by groups associated with drug trafficking and terrorism to extract drugs from Venezuelan territory. Until now, Venezuela has made 127 unauthorized runways unusable through Operation Boquete,” he published.

Clandestine tracks of TANCOL groups are disabled

In addition, Operation Catatumbo Lightning, in its fight against the Colombian Armed Terrorist Drug Trafficking groups (TANCOL), disables illegal tracks along the border axis.
