SUNCA headquarters remains open and registers for Social Fund, FOSVOC and FOCER
Despite the construction license, which will last until practically mid-January, the SUNCA Departmental Headquarters remains with its doors open.
Sign up for the Social Fund supplies sets. It also informs and advises on the Unemployment and Retirement Fund (FOCER) and the Social Housing and Construction Fund (FOSVOC).
“We continue working. The Social Fund did not have a license, therefore we continue to attend to FOCER and FOSVOC issues and also in the reception of documentation for what will be the delivery of supplies to children who will attend initial and primary education and also secondary education” confirmed Walter Moraiz. to EL PROFESIONAL Diario.
“This determination was made taking into account that since many workers are enjoying their license, they have time to attend and thus complete the procedures. “When they are really working, time is limited and they cannot come,” he explained. “Always at this time, the colleague who is on duty makes the decision not to accompany the leave and attend to the worker,” he assured.
“At this moment we are doing all kinds of procedures. The FOCER that closed on December 30, which is the Unemployment and Retirement Fund, is activated when the worker is sent to unemployment insurance. You can make a total or partial withdrawal,” he explained. “The FOSVOC is for loans of construction materials so that colleagues can fix their homes. These days we are also dealing with the issue of supplies,” explained the Departmental Reference of the Social Construction Fund.
“Properties were also made for the hot springs. There are colleagues who are going to attend. They have already requested the Social Fund to contribute 50% to enjoy that walk,” he said.
It has not yet been possible to reach an agreement for the signing of an agreement so that construction workers would have access, through discounts, to the Club Unión pool. “It is a topic that is being studied. It was an aspiration that we had that this summer we would have the possibility of attending to enjoy that service. We are going to try to continue insisting that this agreement be reached so that it can be achieved next year,” he said.
FOR ACCESS TO STUDY SUPPLIES
Moraiz recalled that the children of those workers who have contributions to the Social Fund will have access to sets of supplies. “They must present the worker’s salary receipt, the Worker’s Identity Card, the minor’s Identity Card and proof of primary or secondary education,” he recalled.
All information on studies completed is also accessible through the CODICEN Gurí Platform. “It is not necessary for parents to go anywhere to print that documentation. Let them come directly here because we are in a position to do all that. We make the photocopies and print the study certificates so that they don’t have to spend anything,” he noted.
The Headquarters of the Single Union of Construction and Annexes, Departmental Cerro Largo, is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. “Since everyone is on license, they can very well come to do the different procedures,” he insisted.
The deadline to make registrations effective is extended until February 15. “Then they would give an extension until February 20, so that the supplies arrive before the start of classes. The idea is that in the last week of February these things will be delivered. We also ask our colleagues not to let themselves be: if they caught a job during the leave, they send their son, daughter or whoever they will be cared for in the same way” guaranteed Walter Moraiz.
