The judge of Court of Instruction of this demarcation, Luz Mariel Santos, imposed the measure of coercion on Nervin Alcequiez Hilario and Raulín Martínez de la Cruz, for their connection with the death of Messrs. Santos Alcequiez (father of the defendant Nervin Alcequiez Hilario) and Miriam Altagracia Grullón Liz.
In accordance with the research carried out so far, the events occurred around 10:30 at night on March 29, committed by the accused Raulyn Martínez de la Cruz on behalf of Alcequiez Hilario, who would have paid 400 thousand pesos for the crime, for alleged problems with his father.

The Public Ministry has established that the actions committed by the defendants constitute criminal offenses constituting criminal association and murder, which are sanctioned by articles 295, 296, 297, 298 and 302 of the Penal Code.
