A member of the Tren de Guayana criminal organization was killed during a confrontation that occurred in the rural area of ​​Las Hansas, El Callao (Bolívar), according to military sources.

A mixed commission made up of agents from the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim) and the Detachment of Rural Commands of the Bolivarian National Guard 62-2 was in the aforementioned site.

The commission confronted the Tren de Guayana group and one of them was killed. At the site, officials seized three AR-15 rifles, caliber 5.56x45mm, three AR-15 chargers and three hundred and sixty rounds of the same caliber without firing, according to the preliminary report.

The Public Ministry was notified of the procedure.
