The American Coordinator for the Rights of Peoples expressed its repudiation and concern for the retention in Argentina of the plane of the Venezuelan company Emtrasur and its crew, according to a official note published this Wednesday on its website.
The organization demands the immediate release of the people and the plane return to the people of Venezuela, its rightful owner, reported telesur.
The information It was spread through his account on the twitter social network, accompanied by a message in which he “demands the immediate release of the people and the return of the plane to its rightful owners.”
“That decision lacks any legal basis… (because) the plane was not being requested by any commercial aviation regulatory agency, the cargo it was transporting… fully complied with international regulations on the matter” and the crew members were not wanted by no international security agency, adds the statement about the retention of the plane.
Criticism of local authorities
Likewise, the coordinator criticizes the local authorities for allowing the intrusion of a judge, who with “dubious legality” retained the aircraft and its crew in Argentine territory.
“This series of events worsened when, appealing to all kinds of legal arbitrariness, the United States Department of Justice, the vehicle of its imperialist ambitions, ordered the seizure of the EMTRASUR plane, turning this incident into another chapter in the series of robberies. that the North American empire has perpetrated in Bolivarian Venezuela”, expressed the aforementioned non-governmental organization.
With a series of evidentiary elements, they accuse the United States Government of developing “a true fourth-dimensional war” against Venezuela and other countries of the world.
To argue the assertion, they recall the robbery of the CITGO company, the freezing of gold from the Central Bank of Venezuela in a London bank, and the illegal confinement of the diplomat Alex Saab in US prisons.
Finally, the NGO reiterates its solidarity with the people and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the fight for their legitimate rights, since “there is no clause in the international legal order that obliges a sovereign country like Argentina to submit to before the legislation of another more powerful, because such a thing would be equivalent to transgressing the Charter of the United Nations”.
The American Coordinator for the Rights of Peoples and Victims of Prison is a human rights NGO that brings together similar institutions in Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and the United States, to fight for the freedom of the victims of political prison, against various forms of state violence and for the dignified integration of the peoples of the American continent.
