The Political-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme justice court (TSJ), continued its daily activities once it was made up of its new members, selected by the National Assembly (AN) in the recent selection process for Judges of the High Court.
In this way, it is constituted by the magistrate Malachi Gil Rodriguez (president), the magistrate Barbara Gabriela Cesar Siero (vice president) and the magistrate Juan Carlos Hidalgo Pandares, reported the TSJ on its website.
In this sense, the Chamber of the high court began the celebration of the first hearings, which took place on May 5 and 12 of this year, and also opened the days of office and attention to the public.
The activities were carried out in compliance with the guidelines given by the president of the TSJ, magistrate Gladys Maria Gutierrez Alvaradoto efficiently and effectively optimize the judicial work required by Venezuelans and residents of the country.
The powers of this Chamber of the Supreme Court of the country are contemplated in article 26 of the Organic Law of Reform of the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice, published in the Official Gazette No. 6,684 Extraordinary of January 19, 2022.
