More than 360 officials deployed to guarantee security during concerts in Caracas

“More than 360 men and women are deployed to guarantee security during the Christmas concerts that the population of Caracas enjoys,” as detailed by the head of the Government of Caracas, Nahum Fernandez.

During the interview granted in the Café en la Mañana program broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión Fernández, he expressed: “We have an ambulance, a fire team and Civil Protection officials, who are present in strategic places to deal with any situation. We have control over the beverage issue.”

He added that the spaces arranged for the Retumba Caracas have strict security and for now, there is no incident to regret in each of these concerts, which have been held in the Capital city.

In the case of solid waste collection, Nahum Fernández indicated that in coordination with the mayoress of the Libertador de Caracas municipality, A/J Carmen Meléndez, a special plan on garbage is being implemented, so that the people of Caracas can enjoy a clean city in the first days of January.

Regarding upcoming events, he announced that this Tuesday the appointment will take place at Propatria, a concert that will bring together national artists, such as: Omar Acedo, Gustavo Elí, Arán De Las Casas, among other urban music performers.

Fernández pointed out that on Thursday, December 29, people from Caracas will be able to visit the Rental Zone, where the greats of the merengue musical genre will be performing, such as Los Melódicos, Liz, Omar Acedo, as well as international artists, among which stand out , Los Infieles del Vallenato, Luis Mateus and Los Diablitos.

On December 31, the great musical exponents will meet at the emblematic Plaza Bolívar in Caracas, Calle Ciega and the international guests, from the Dominican Republic, Bonny Cepeda, and the Puerto Rican salsa singer, Willy González.
