During a working meeting with the Government structures, the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, reported this Monday that around “two thousand government delegates have arrived, including politicians, social, cultural and intellectual movements,” who have traveled to Venezuela “by land, by water, by air”, to accompany the country in this historical moment.
“We are writing beautiful and great history of this 21st century (…) it is nice to review, very well, what we did in 2024,” said Maduro, underlining the importance of reflecting on the progress in economic growth and social recovery of the country. .
The national leader emphasized that Venezuela has managed to “continue its path of economic growth, social recovery, and deepening democracy,” while facing “the imperialist plans of the fascist outbreak, hatred, intolerance and violence.”
He stressed that the Venezuelan people are “cured of fears” and prepared to move forward in building their future.
President Maduro also referred to the need for “spiritual, psychological and political immunity” against the campaigns of hate and division that seek confrontation between Venezuelans.
In a reflective tone, he highlighted the importance of unity and the defense of patriotic values, suggesting that these attitudes are a fundamental part of his political project.
Likewise, the Dignitary highlighted that Venezuela’s true inspiration comes from its history and its leaders, not from foreign powers.
“Our inspiration is Bolívar, it is not Washington,” he stated, reaffirming his commitment to an authentic and personal development model, rooted in Venezuelan culture and values.
“Our inspiration is here, in our land, in the Orinoco, here in the depths of South America, our project is South American, our American, not Washingtonian, it is not in Monroe, it is Bolívar, our daily, our yesterday, our today, our usual one,” he stressed.
