Minister Siches receives two Pokémon figures as a gift after meeting with the Japanese ambassador: they are Kangaskhan and Chansey

During this Wednesday, the Minister of the Interior, Izkia Sichesreceived the Japanese ambassador at the La Moneda Palace, SHIBUYA Kazuhisa, who gave the Secretary of State two Pokémon figures, specifically Kangaskhan and Chansey.

Through his Instagram account, Siches thanked the present: “I don’t have one, but two pokemon. Thanks to the Japanese ambassador, SHIBUYA Kazuhisa.”

In addition, by sharing photos with the Japanese authority and the figures given away, he demonstrated his knowledge of his gifts. “(The ambassador) brought Chansey to La Moneda, who takes care of her little egg and works in hospitals. Kangaskhan, known as a great protector, also arrived,” he added.

It should be noted that the minister is the second state authority to receive a figure from the popular Japanese anime/manga as a gift, since the President, Gabriel Boricbefore assuming the Government, he received a Squirtle stuffed animal and a pokeball, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Kiyoshi Odawara.

Once the new Government took office, Odawara participated in the first activities, where he thanked the Secretary of State through Twitter: “I would gratefully send a Pokémon. What is your favorite?”

Siches’ response was quick: “Kangaskhan or Chansey.” Precisely the figures that he received today as a gift.
