Sanguinetti stated that a folder of approximately 160 pages has already been sent to the Presidency, and that it is up to that institution to deliver it to the incoming authorities. As explained, the content includes all relevant data on ministerial management. In addition, he announced that next Monday he will meet in person with Menoni, with whom he has already had previous conversations.
“Minister-designate Menoni and the undersecretary have an excellent relationship with us; We have been working very well. The two pages mentioned are a ‘roadmap’ of the contents of the entire folder,” he said. Likewise, he added: “In December we sent the Presidency a substantial report with all the data, very complete, very extensive.”
The leader stated that at the meeting scheduled from the beginning of this week he will present all the requested information. He also indicated that the Ministry is working on the response to some 40 questions posed by the incoming administration, although he noted that these answers are already contained in the document previously delivered.
