“I think there will be an occasion where the president has to go out and communicate and I hope they give her the opportunity and space to communicate the good news that exists in our country. “She is now going to China, upon her return I hope she can have a meeting with you and she can communicate the results from China.”he commented.
Maurate also referred to the president’s approval ratings, who record the lowest figures in the country’s history, reaching 5% in the polls.
“I think what is missing perhaps is more space for communicating all the good news”Maurate said.
Despite the president’s low approval figures, the minister highlighted that the Executive has achieved positive figures for employment, GDP, production and image at an international level.
TRIP TO CHINA
Through a legislative resolution published in the Legal Standards Bulletin of the official newspaper El Peruano, the authorization of the Congress of the republic to the president of the Dina Boluarte to travel from June 23 to 30 to China.
During her official visit to that country, the president will meet with President Xi Jinping and visit the cities of Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. Likewise, she plans to participate in a ceremony in Tiananmen Square in the Chinese capital.
The legislative resolution specifies that Boluarte will remain in charge of the Presidency of the Republic “using digital technologies, which adopt digital security mechanisms and guarantee the security of the means to be used.”
