Congress has not yet evaluated the Bill No. 2519/2022 that allows the registration of Reinfo. The members of the National Central of Miners of Peru, Cenami-Peru, request that the Project was presented by the board of directors and the legislator Jorge Marticorena.
The workers demand that Congress comply with the request, considering that Law 31388 of December 31, 2021, extended the term of formalization of miners until 2024, although this rule allows those who have already registered to complete the formalization process.
