Messi, Neymar, Marquinhos and Navas returned to PSG training

Internationals Leo Messi, Neymar, Marquinhos and Keylor Navas made their return to the Paris SG training center, according to images released by the club on social media.

PSG has made the training of the players in its squad resume, with a dropper, since Monday, with physical and medical tests.

The club had initially announced that internationals who had played games in June were expected on July 11, but several of them made an early return to the Camp des Loges.

Among those who arrived this Tuesday were Messi, Neymar, captain Marquinhos and Navas, but also Gianluigi Donnarumma, Leandro Paredes and the new signing Vitinha.

On Monday, several players lined up at PSG’s training center on the outskirts of Paris, including Georginio Wijnaldum, Sergio Ramos, Marco Verratti, Juan Bernat and Mauro Icardi.

The first collective training session of the resumption is scheduled for this Tuesday afternoon. At 2:00 p.m., the new coach Christophe Galtier should be officially appointed, replacing Mauricio Pochettino.

The preparation of the Parisians for the 2022/23 season will include a friendly match against Quevilly-Rouen (L2), on July 15 (5:00 p.m.), and then a tour of Japan starting on July 16.

The first official match is scheduled in Tel-Aviv for the Trophée des Champions, the French Super Cup, on July 31 against Nantes.
