The Cicpc announced the capture of Jean Carlos José Gómez (26), a man who kept his partner for several days inside the residence where they lived, located in Maiquetía, La Guaira.
Relatives of the woman filed the complaint with the Coordination of Investigations Against Property of the La Guaira Municipal Delegation of the Cicpc who went to the residence where the events occurred. There they arrested the subject.
According to what was initially investigated by the Cicpc, Gómez mistreated his partner because of his jealousy and locked her in the house with a chain and padlock.
The detainee was handed over to the Public Ministry.
