Police officers, attached to the Central Investigation Directorate (dicrim), they arrested by means of an arrest warrant a man accused of finalizing his three-year-old stepdaughter, on December 14, in the Hoyo del Barro sector, in the province San Cristobal.
This is Luis Antonio Velázquez Montilla (a) Gabi, 28 years old, who is identified as the person who he violently took the life of the stepdaughter girl.
According to the preliminary report, on the aforementioned date Velázquez Montilla «Gaby» communicated with the 9-1-1 Emergency and Security Attention System, alleging that the girl was inside a bucket of water, they found the lifeless body.

After performing an autopsy, the results determined that the death of the girl was violent with hemorrhagic shock, liver laceration, and blunt abdominal traumafor which an arrest warrant was requested.
In addition, it was determined that the infant suffered physical abuse on a recurring basis by the detainee.
In the next few hours, the detainee will be sent before the Public Ministry, so that he can answer for the facts that are imputed to him.
