It is also authorized to install workshops, storage, personnel areas and other premises necessary for the development of the work, as well as to start the construction of the retaining walls.
It should be remembered that the Departmental Board, in its session on December 13 of this year, approved the feasibility of the San Rafael amending project.
The project is expected to have a central part, which is the reconstruction of the hotel with its four typical floors, the attic, the lobby and the mezzanine.
There will be 80 rooms and 268 parking spaces on its land, as well as 282 units in each of the three towers to be built.
It will generate 1000 permanent jobs.
The modification approved by the JDM supports an increase in height up to 320 meters from the 289 meters that were presented in the project.
The planned investment is of the order of 430 million dollars.
